J.Lo Glow: Get the Look

Smokey Eyes + Skin. Jennifer Lopez, sporting her gorgeous signature glow.

Jennifer Lopez is a master of makeup, and her signature glow is something we all aspire to achieve. In a recent video with Vogue, J.Lo revealed her makeup secrets for a glowing base.

Here are the steps to get J.Lo Glow:

Start with a good skincare routine. J.Lo says that her glow starts with her skincare. She uses products that hydrate and plump her skin, which helps to create a natural-looking glow.

  • Apply concealer under your eyes, around your nose, lips, and in between your brows. This will help to brighten your face and create a more even complexion.

  • Use a contour shade to create dimension in your face. J.Lo applies contour to her cheekbones, hairline, jawline, and neck. She says that the key is to apply the contour shade slightly above the natural bone structure.

  • Use a lighter shade of foundation to highlight your cheekbones, bridge of your nose, and Cupid's bow. This will help to create a more sculpted look.

  • Define your eyes with a smoky eye. J.Lo uses a dark brown eyeshadow to create a soft, smoky effect. She then coats her lashes with mascara for added volume.

  • Add a flush of color to your cheeks with a cream blush. J.Lo uses a peachy blush to add a natural-looking flush to her cheeks.

  • Apply highlighter to your cheekbones, bridge of your nose, and Cupid's bow. This will help to add a touch of shimmer and brightness to your face.

  • Line your lips with a lip pencil and then apply a lip gloss. J.Lo uses a lip pencil to create a pouty effect. She then finishes off her look with a lip gloss for a glossy finish.
